Treyarch's Black ops was released on November 9, 2010 and was to be based on the cold war. Today i am going to show you a little about the maps and the gameplay.
The first map i was to introduce is Jungle
This maps in my opinion is one of the best. I don't necessarily to great on it, but i think it is a very well set up map and extremely realistic. Down the middle of the map is a dried up river bed that has 2 club houses you can climb up to and a snipers nest that overlooks it all.
This next map is called Array
This is another great map and one of the largest in the game. this map has one snipers nest but plenty of other sniper spot. Since this map is covered in snow you are given a snow ghilli. Which just means the uniform your are wearing is all white to blend when your hiding. Which makes the map extra fun for all snipers and rushers.
My next map is Firing Range
This is another one of my favorites just because of the set up. on this map there is a snipers nest in the middle but there are a number of way to maneuver around the map. You can go down the left, right, up the middle, through building, ect. this map does have a lot of camping spots but each spot has a way to get in to kill the camper without being kill by a trap.
This map is called Hanoi is the only night map in the game. making it a little easier to be sneaky unless your around the search lights that can very easily give off your location. this map has a very different kind of set up. there really is no center of the map where all the action happens, its actually all spread out pretty evenly.
This is the smallest map in the game and by far one of the more fun ones. this map has two houses at both ends and 3 vehicles in the middle block ground view from side to side unless your looking out the windows of the houses. this map almost eliminates all chances of camping and is basically a full on rushing map.
There are many other maps in this game but i don't want to spoil the surprise! So go out and buy the game and tell me what you think about it :)
